Landon Engineering delivers fully controlled fabrication in accordance with customer drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Quality is embedded at every step of fabrication, ensuring compliance, repeatability, and full traceability from material receipt through to final dispatch.

Material Verification & Traceability

  • Incoming material certification verified against purchase specifications

All welding activities are controlled in accordance with recognised international standards and project specific requirements.

In Process Inspection

  • Inspection carried out at defined manufacturing stages
  • Continuous dimensional verification during fabrication
  • Welding inspection conducted by CSWIP certified personnel

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

NDT is applied in accordance with customer specifications and recognised standards to verify weld integrity and structural compliance.
All inspections are carried out by PCN certified inspectors.

  • Visual Inspection (VT) In house
  • Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) In house
  • Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI) In house
  • Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Subcontracted where required
  • Radiographic Testing (RT) (X ray) Subcontracted where specified
