Heavy Fabrication Facility UK

Our Stafford based heavy fabrication facility is purpose built to support large scale fabrication projects across the UK, delivering high quality heavy engineering fabrication for OEMs and critical infrastructure sectors. Designed for efficiency, safety and precision, our facility enables the manufacture of complex steel fabrications in controlled sections, ensuring safe handling, consistent dimensional accuracy and a smooth production flow from fabrication through to finishing and dispatch. By combining high capacity lifting with controlled environments and disciplined processes, we deliver large structures that meet the highest standards of quality, durability and performance.

Facility Capability

Multiple overhead cranes ranging from 5 tonne up to 30 tonne lifting capacity, large scale fabrication workshops designed for heavy engineering fabrication, dedicated assembly and dry build zones for pre installation verification, a fully equipped climate controlled in house paint facility, secure storage yard for large fabricated structures and staged dispatch, and structured fabrication processes to ensure repeatable quality and full traceability across all projects.

In House Climate Controlled Paint Facility

A key strength of our operation is our fully enclosed, climate-controlled paint facility, designed specifically for large, fabricated structures and high specification coating systems. Unlike standard industrial paint shops, our facility maintains strict control over temperature, humidity and airflow, ensuring optimal curing conditions and consistent coating performance all year round. This level of environmental control is essential for OEM and critical infrastructure clients where coating integrity, corrosion protection and finish quality directly impact long term performance and asset lifespan. The paint facility is integrated directly within our fabrication workflow, allowing large components to be transferred internally using overhead cranes. This minimises handling, reduces contamination risks and preserves the quality of surface preparation prior to coating application. The result is a controlled, efficient and repeatable process that delivers consistent high-quality finishes across large and complex fabrications.

Quality Driven Coating Process

Quality is at the heart of our finishing operations, with all coating work carried out under controlled conditions and supported by clearly defined procedures. Our processes include controlled surface preparation, monitored environmental conditions during application, and adherence to client specified coating systems. Each stage is managed to ensure consistency, durability and compliance with project requirements. We support coating systems for demanding environments including industrial structures, energy sector components and fabrications exposed to harsh outdoor or corrosive conditions. Full inspection and documentation provide traceability and assurance for every project. We only offer wet paint finish on site; we can offer Powder coat this is subcontracted off site.

Proven Performance with OEM and Critical Infrastructure Clients

We have developed a strong reputation for coating quality, supported by excellent reports and feedback from existing OEM and critical infrastructure clients. Our finishes are recognised for their consistency, durability and professional presentation across large scale fabrications. Customers value our ability to deliver reliable, high-quality results aligned to project schedules, alongside clear documentation and quality reporting. This proven track record gives clients confidence that their fabricated structures will perform in service and meet both visual and protective requirements.

End to End Control from Fabrication to Finish

By combining fabrication, assembly and painting within a single controlled facility, we maintain full control over the entire manufacturing process. This approach reduces lead times, improves quality assurance and removes the risks associated with transporting large fabrications between multiple suppliers. It also provides greater flexibility to respond to project changes while maintaining delivery commitments.
